Jean M. Springer (AKA “The Queen”), of Huntsville, AL, passed Tuesday surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her husband, James (Jim) Springer; children, Valerie (Brad) Donham and Kim Goodloe of Huntsville, AL, Michelle (Martin) Islas of San Bernadino, CA, Brenda (Richard) Morris of Chattanooga, TN; sisters, Nan (John C.) McBride and Biddie (George) Schrader of Huntsville, AL; ten grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Good Shepherd Catholic Church (13550 Chaney Thompson Rd, HSV, AL) with Fr. Louis Giardino presiding. A reception for friends and family will be held immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church in memory of Jean Springer. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
