Jean Bradley Nickerson, age 76, of Huntsville, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2019. She was born September 25, 1942 to Johnson and Lucille Bradley in Cherokee, NC. She was and rlder in the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians and was a member of the Great Huntsville Newcomers Club. Mrs. Nickerson enjoyed nature, taking cruises and playing bridge.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Lynn Nickerson; son Todd C. Nickerson (Marissa) of Columbus, GA; daughter Jennifer Jeanne Nickerson of Huntsville, AL; grandson Jason Nickerson (Beddy) of Columbus, GA; granddaughter Susan Nickerson of Columbus, GA and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sisters Sally Ann Hicks and Mary Lou Hornbuckle; and brother Johnny Queen.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 23, 2019 from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Spry Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 4:00 pm. Interment will be in Parkhill Cemetery in Columbus, GA
