JB Tice, age 84, Hackleburg, AL. passed away Sunday March 28, 2021. He served in the United States Air Force, was a member of Pleasant Hill Freewill Baptist Church in Hackleburg, AL. and a retired Freewill Baptist Minister. JB had pastored at several church’s, with those being, Pleasant Hill Freewill Baptist Church in Hackleburg, Poplar Log Freewill Baptist Church in Hamilton, Waldrop Freewill Baptist Church in Haleyville and Blue Springs Freewill Baptist Church in Russellville.
His visitation will be Thursday April 1, 2021 from 10:00AM – 11:00AM at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL., with his funeral at 11:00AM in the chapel, John McCullar and Robert Partridge officiating. Burial will be in Sullins Schoolhouse Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Rachel Pearce Tice; daughter, Stephanie Tice Burleson, her husband Gregg; granddaughter, Bailey Laine Burleson; sister, Martha Pierce; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ivy Powell Tice; parents, Booker and Flora Tice; sister, Frances Raburn; brother, Rex Tice; infant brother, Bennie Richard.
