Jay Smith, age 52, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Friday, January 29, 2016 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. He was a native of West Palm Beach, FL, and was a client with Buffalo River Services in Lawrenceburg, TN.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Margitta Ruck Smith; and one brother, Rickey Smith.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Monday, February 01, 2016, with Ben McAnally officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
