Jay Denton, 78, of Athens, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2022.
Jay is preceded in death by his parents, Franklin and Mildred Denton. He is survived by his wife, Laine Doucet; stepdaughter, Betina (Daniel) Musgraves; grandchildren, Lacey (Curtis) Nuss, Dakota (Mikayla) Perez; great-grandchildren, Chase, Preston and Brooklyn.
John 11: 25-26 “Jesus said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?’” Forever in our hearts and forever with us, Our Jay Bird.
