Jay C. Phillips, 57, of Laceys Springs, AL passed away on August 19, 2021.
Survivors include his wife Rebecca Phillips; son, Jason D. Phillips (Mallory), bonus son, Shay Gault (Katie); bonus daughter, Shelby Gault (Sebastian Harkema); mother, Gina Phillips; and four grandchildren, Jesse, Ella, Trey, and Jaxon.
Visitation will be Sunday, August 22, 2021 from 2:00 – 3:00 PM, with a service following at 3:00 PM in the Chapel at Berryhill Funeral Home with the Reverend Mike Coons officiating.
