Jason Matthew Pressnell, of Huntsville, AL, passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2016. He was 21 years old. He was born December 7, 1994 in Decatur, AL and was a 2014 graduate of Huntsville High School.
He is survived by his mother, Christy Holmes Barnett of Huntsville; his father, Jason Wade Pressnell of Tanner; his fiancé, Stephanie Marie Sievers and her son, Kaiden Alexander Sievers; his sisters, Amber Morgan Pressnell and Rylea Tanner Pressnell; his maternal grandmother, Glenda Hogan and her husband Hollis; his maternal grandfather, Randy Holmes; his paternal grandparents, Brenda and Leamon Pressnell; and a large extended family.
Visitation will be held from 4:30-6:00 Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home in Huntsville, AL, with a memorial service honoring his life immediately following at 6:00 in the chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Junior ROTC program at Huntsville High School in Matthew’s honor.
