Jason Lee West of Guntersville, AL passed away Thursday morning on March 16th at 46 years old.
Originally from Huntsville, AL Jason was born July 18, 1976. He is survived by his children and son in law: Nicholas and Hannah Bush, Brooklyn, Jason Tyler, and Mason West, grandchildren Caden and Chloe Bush, parents Harold and Diane West, sibling Nathan West, nieces Ashley and Rachel West, nephew Luke West, aunt Beverly Robinson, uncle Tony Robinson and wife Donna, cousin Paul Robinson, and love of his life Tasha (Thompson) West.
Jason was an avid Alabama football fan. He has enjoyed collecting pocket knives and guns since he was a child. Jason loved being on the water and never turned down a chance to go fishing. He never met a stranger and could light up any room he entered. Jason was so loved and will be deeply missed.
Visitation will be held at Spry Funeral Home on Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The graveside service will be Sunday, March 19, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Valley View Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Tommy Robinson, Johnny Robinson, Lance Robinson, Paul Robinson, Nicholas Bush, and Luke West.
