Jason Andrew Qualls, 30, of Killen, AL, passed away September 16, 2013 after a brief illness. Mr. Qualls was born in Chicago, IL, was a United States Army Veteran, and attended the Church of Christ.
He is survived by:

survived by son: Mikel Lee Bentley
Daughter: Kayleigh
Grandmother: Elizabeth Thigpen
Brother William Joseph Qualls Jr.,Older Sisters Billie Jo Qualls and Bobbie Jo Qualls
Mr. Qualls was preceded in death by his father William Joseph Qualls and mother Patricia Gail Qualls.
Services will be held at a later date.
