Jason Allen Madison, age 48 of Townley, passed away on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery. Johnny Cooner and Wayne Page will officiate.
Mr. Madison was preceded in death by his Father-Hester “Itchy” Madison; Sister-Sheila Kay Madison; Grandparents-Claude and Eula Mae Madison, Grady and Ruby Pair.
He is survived by his Wife-Kerri Madison; Mother-Carolyn Madison; Daughter-Kourtney Madison; Son-Tristan Madison; Sisters-Heather Madison and Sandy Davis; Brother-Hester “Bill” Madison, Jr.
Pallbearers will be Tristan Madison, Kris Hendon, Dave Whitt and Rodney Flippo.
