Jasmine Paige Shockley, age 10, of Cookeville, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016.
Miss Shockley was born April 19, 2006 in Cookeville to Bryce Shockley and Tiffany Lafever. She was a student at Prescott Elementary School.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by, grandparents Ronnie and Tammy Shockley and Billy and Connie Lafever; great-grandparents, Gladys Shockley and Irene and Johnny Phy; brother, Blake Shockley; uncles, Brylon and Jesslyn Shockley and Adam Lafever; and aunt Dixie Griggs.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandfather, Jessie Shockley.
