Mrs. Janie Ruth Luna age 71 of McMinnville, TN, died Saturday, November 19, 2022, at her residence. She was born November 04, 1951, in Sparta, TN, was an entrepreneur, a member of Church of the Nazarene of Doyle, and was preceded in death by parents Denton and Mary Iva Savage Mason, daughter Jamie Luna, grandson Nicholas Luna, daughter-in-law Christie Luna, sister Clata Richardson, and brothers Earl, Clyde, and Roy Mason.
Survivors include her husband Burgess Wayne Luna, children Heather Fralix, Cherie (Brian) Stiles, Scott (Kimberly) Cantrell, Rickey Luna, and Stacy Luna, grandchildren Tyler White, Katie Cantrell, Sally Fralix, Broady Fralix, Bethany Mack, Cody Smith, Ashley Cantrell, Joshua Cantrell, Meghan Metler, Amber Dillman, Hannah Grace Leverett, Travis Luna, Ashley Leach, Nathan Luna, Ashley Bello, and Iaine Luna, and 18 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 22, 2022, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Jeremy Kliewer, Danny Gillett, and Hyder El-Hage will officiate. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and Tuesday from 9:00 A.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M. at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
