Janie Marston Rippy, age 83, of Madison, AL, formerly of Lawrence County, TN, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2015 at Crestwood Medical Center in Huntsville, AL. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired customer service manager with Sears, and a member of Asbury United Methodist Church in Madison, AL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Pearl Littrell Marston; her husband, Billy John Rippy; and two brothers, Cleburn Marston and Herbert Marston.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday, July 18, 2015 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, July 18, 2015, with Scott Thackerson officiating. Interment will follow at Freemon Cemetery in Leoma, TN.
