Janie Harriett Leith, 85, of Jasper, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2020, at St. Vincent’s East. Family will be receiving friends Wednesday, September 30, 2020, from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. at Carbon Hill Memorial Cemetery. Bro. Robert Sparkman will officiate. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hiram Jesse Leith, and grandson, Patrick Aaron Haggerty. She is survived by children, Jerry Leith (Dara), Dennis Leith (Sonda), and Mickey Leith (Karen); grandchildren, Lori Haggerty (Gary), Rachel Taylor, Jesse Leith (Shanan), Amy Sorter (Scott), Dana Gray (Jeremy) and Melissa Leith; great grandchildren, Wynter Haggerty, Austin Leith, Katie Haggerty, Brady Leith, Sawyer Leith, Salem Leith, Aaron Manning, Chace Thomas, Aiden Montgomery, Bryson Leith, Lacy Gray, Anna Gray, Jordan Sorter, Camden Sorter, and Morgan Sorter. Pallbearers will be Jesse Leith, Austin Leith, Brady Leith, Scott Sorter, Gary Norwood, and Tony Tune.
