Janie Beth Plylar, 36, Russellville, passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at ECM Hospital.
The visitation will be 2:00 -3 :00 p.m. Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral service following at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will be at Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
She leaves to cherish her memory; her mother, Marie Plylar; father, Tommy Plylar (wife, Margie); brother, Rusty Plylar (wife, Lisa); nephew, Dalton Plylar; great-nephew, Sammy Plylar; special friends, Denisha Black and Kacie Bollig; several aunts & uncles; and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Janie Edwards and her papaw, Travis Plylar.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
