Funeral service will be Saturday, April 15, 2023 with Minister Laura McCaulley. Service time and location will be announced later. Interment will be in the Oakwood Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Isbell will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral service time.
Public viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Friday, April 14, 2023 and 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 15, 2023 at the Royal Funeral Home.
Masks are required for entry into the service.
