Janice Darlene Hamm 61, of Cherokee, AL, went home to be with the Lord on December 14, 2019, at her residence. She was a graduate of Rogers High School and Athens State College. Survivors include: Daughters: Shannon Price & Leigh Gunnels (John) Brothers: James A. Hamm, Terry Hamm (Belinda) & Carl Hamm (Martha) Sisters: Glenda F. Wallace (Joel), Deloris Rogers (Jimmy) & Annette F. Gautney (Ronnie) Grandchildren: Braden Brown, Elizabeth Brown, Savahanna Gunnels, Nathan Gunnels & Landon Gunnels Preceded in death by: Husband: Bobby Norris Parents: James Lee Hamm & Lizzie Tibitha Roberson Hamm Visitation will be Friday, Dec. 20, from 11:00am – 1:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Joel Wallace and Rev. Bobby Crosswhite officiating. Burial will be in Emmaline Stutts cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Braden Brown, John Gunnels, Steve Hamm, Terry Hamm, Carl Hamm and Jamie Rogers. Honorary pallbearers will be: James A. Hamm, Jimmy Hamm, Nathan Gunnels & Landon Gunnels.
