Janice Ausborn, 65, passed away Monday, December 23, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center Hospice in Tupelo. She was born April 30, 1959 to the late James David Ausborn Sr. and the late Eula Dell Lester Ausborn in Tupelo. She retired from the furniture industry after many years due to her failing health. Janice enjoyed camping, going to the mountains, and spending time with her friends and family.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 pm on Thursday December 26, 2024, at Senter Funeral Home with Bro. Shane Ray officiating. Burial will be in White Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Thursday December 26, at Senter Funeral Home.
Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
She is survived by her son, Eddie (Melissa) Stanton of Fulton; daughters, Stephanie (Bruce) Summers and Christina Stanton, both of Fulton; grandchildren, Brandon (Taylor) Hughes, Tristen (Meghan) Hughes, Andrew (Cynthia Hubler) Stanton, and Ruby (Tristan Hurst) Stanton; 8 great grandchildren; grand puppy, Lucy Summers, and a host of cousins and other family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James David Ausborn, Sr., and Eula Dell Ausborn; brother, James D. Ausborn, Jr., and 3 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Stanton, Brandon Hughes, Tristen Hughes, Andrew Stanton, Bruce Summers, and Shane Turner.
