Janet Louise Chumley had one of the biggest and kindest hearts of anyone we have ever known. She would always say that we were her angels, but the truth is she has always been our angel. Her greatest role model was Jesus Christ who she dearly loved, and her faith was evident in everything she did. The short time that we had with her on earth she taught us how to love and what the true meaning of love is. She was the best mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She was the best person there will ever be. She will never be forgotten and will always be a part of us. The world will never be the same without Janet.
Survivors include her son, Steven Chumley (Krystal); mother, Sharon Thompson Ogle; sisters, Tammy Ogle Hayes (Gary) and Debbie Ogle Johnson (Johnny); brothers, Jim Oglehart (Josh) and Terry Ogle (Brianna); two nephews; and one great niece.
Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 7, at Laughlin Service Funeral Home with the service immediately following in the chapel. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
