Janet Kay Dawe Smith – Obituary

It is with regret that we announce the passing of Mrs. Janet Kay Dawe Smith, age 77, of Fayetteville, TN. Service information will be announce at a later time.

Mrs. Smith was born on March, 7, 1941 in Wamego, KS to the late Rex Eugene and Christine Huey Dawe. She earned her Associate’s degree in medical transcription from Draughon School of Business (now South University). She worked as a medical transcriptionist for Fayetteville Medical Associates. She attended St. Anthony Catholic Church. Mrs. Smith passed away on May 15, 2018 at her residence.

Survivors include her husband, Orval Joseph Smith and sons, Rex Joseph Smith of Tybee Island, GA and Jeff (Dustie) Smith of Tampa, FL.
