James William Lamb, Jr. died Sunday Feb. 10, 2013. Visitation will be 12:00pm until 2:00pm Thursday Feb. 14, 2013 at Morrison Funeral Home, Cherokee. The funeral service will follow at 2:00pm at the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Jerry Hooper will officiate. Mr. Lamb was a native of Colbert County. He was a 100% Disabled Vietnam Veteran, a member of the 101st Airborne in the U.S. Army and was retired from B.A.S.F. He is survived by his wife Robin Lamb; his mother Nina Lamb; his son Ryan Brett Lamb; and his daughter Shannon Lynn Lee; his sisters: Johnnie Lamb, Nora Brown, and Debbie Lamb; and 4 grandchildren
