James William Kiggins was born May 1, 1962 in Osceola, AR to the union of his parents the late Mr. James Monroe Kiggins and Mrs. Barbara Louise Whitehead Kiggins. James spent his childhood in Arkansas and Tennessee and in his adult years joined the United States national Guard in which he proudly served for many years. Occupationally, he worked as a mill operator for several different locations. In his leisure time he could be found fishing, wood working or spending time working on small engines. However, he held no other moments in life closest to his heart than the moments he spent with family and friends. Mr. James Williams Kiggins passed from this life on September 12, 2026 making his stay on this earth some 64 years and 4 months.
Those left to honor his memory include his son Christopher Kiggins, and daughter Anecia Young; grandchildren Calie Webb (David), Jadin Bennett (Nate), Jina Allen (Ethan), Cara Young and Payton Kiggins; great grandchildren Ellie Webb, Lillie Webb and Hazily Bennett; siblings Danny Kiggins, Ricky Kiggins, Sammy Kiggins and Petey Riley
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his son Matthew Kiggins.
