James William Armstrong, 75 of Elkmont, passed away on Friday, May 28th, 2021 at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mr. Armstrong was born on March 20th, 1946 in Texas to Mr. and Mrs. Armstrong.
Mr. Armstrong is survived by his wife Patty Armstrong; daughter Serita Armstrong; son Matthew Armstrong; and brother Tom Armstrong.
Preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Armstrong enjoyed horseback riding, his Harley, and guns.
