James Wayne “Jimmy” Hernandez, age 71 of Jasper, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at Ridgewood Health Services.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Sardis Cemetery on the Old Tuscaloosa Road. Bro. Richard Harbin will officiate.
Mr. Hernandez was preceded in death by his Mother-Lois Jones; Stepdad-Edward Jones; Sister-Carol Stewart; Brother-Johnny Jones.
He is survived by his Wife-Flossie Hernandez; Daughter-Elizabeth Henderson; Son-James. L. Hernandez; Sisters-Kathy Bradford, Teresa Crane, Lena Smith, Brenda Jenwright; Brother-Paul Jones; 4 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Henderson, Jamie Smith, Scotty Smith and Ben Stokes.
