James W. Maddox, 67, Muscle Shoals, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2023. Visitation will be Monday, April 17, from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Grace Episcopal Church, Sheffield. A memorial service will immediately follow at the church with Danielle Thompson officiating. Interment will be in Trinity Episcopal Columbarium, Florence.
James was a veteran of the US Air Force.
He is survived by his wife, Alice Mullen Maddox; sister, Mary Moore, of Cynthiana, KY; and nieces and nephews, Grace, Lindsey, Graham, Meagan, Morgan, Katie, David, and Nancy Mullen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kitty Kat Haven and Rescue, Birmingham, kittykathavenrescue.org, or your local humane society.
