James Truman Jackson – Obituary

James Truman Jackson, age 52, Russellville, passed away on Wednesday, June 03, 2015 at his residence.

James loved hunting, fishing, riding around in his jeep, Alabama football, and tinkering with his Mach I. Above all, he loved his family and was loved by all who knew him.

The visitation will be 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 06, 2015 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Bro. Kasey Harrison will officiate. Burial will be at Duncan Creek Cemetery.

He leaves, to cherish his memory, his daughter, Chasity Jackson; his mother, Betty Jo Jackson; brother, Johnny Carl Jackson (wife, Robin); nieces, Johnna Jackson, Karri Chaney; and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Jackson; brother, Joe Joe Jackson; grandparents, Truman Jackson, Margie Jackson; and great-niece, Emily Rose Jackson.

The pallbearers will be Terry Harris, Keith Washington, Greg Garrett, Bill Mobley, Wylie Hamilton, Chuck Britnell, Ray Frederick, Jeff Presley, Mitch Lane, Anthony Prince, William Washington, and Brett Riner.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Hospice Advantage for the love and care of our family.
