James “Train” Rich, age 66, of Florence, passed away August 30, 2023. A memorial visitation will be Saturday, September 2, 9:30 am – 11:00 am at Williams Funeral Home.
Survivors include his sons, Christopher Michael Rich, and James Nelson Rich; stepdaughters, Tina Dial and LaDonna Welch; sisters, Elaine Rhodes (Delbert Sr.) of Florence, Barbara Ingram of Florence. Additional survivors include ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Train loved playing shuffleboard. He enjoyed cooking and preparing his chicken stews and was a big Auburn Fan.
