Mr. James Stanley “Stan” Flippo, age 39, of Panama City Beach, Florida, formerly of Guin, Alabama, passed away Saturday, July 29th, 2006, at his residence.
Mr. Flippo was born in Guin, Alabama, to Jerry and Carolyn Robertson Flippo. He had lived in Guin and Panama City most of his life. He had worked for REA in Guin and was a landscaper in Florida.*
He is survived by his Parents, Jerry and Carolyn Flippo; 1 sister, Candace Flippo; and 1 brother, Keith Flippo, all of Rosemary Beach, FL.; maternal grandmother, Flois Robertson of Guin, AL.; and paternal grandmother, Maxine Jefferys of Guin, AL.
He was also preceded in death by maternal grandfather, James Earlie Robertson; and paternal grandfather, Julian Flippo.
Visitation, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 1st, 2006, at the Norwood Funeral Home Chapel in Guin, Alabama. Funeral service, 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 2nd, 2006, at the funeral home chapel. Bro. Scott Stokes officiating. Burial in the West Alabama Memorial Gardens.*
