James R. Neal, Sr., 79, passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018, at his daughter’s residence in Michie, TN. Services will be on Monday July 16 at 2 PM at The Heritage Chapel of Ripley Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Sunday July 15 from 5 PM to 8 PM at The Ripley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Tippah Memorial Gardens.
