James Robert Barham of Adamsville, TN was born August 2, 1928 in Hardin County, TN the son of the late Warren Hubert Barham and Myrtle Scott Barham. He was united in marriage to Doris White on March 22, 1952.
Mr. Barham retired in 1994 from Parris Manufacturing Company in Savannah, TN after 42 years of service. He served his country honorably in the U. S. Army having engaged in active combat during the Korean War from 1950 to 1952. Mr. Barham was a member of Bethlehem Methodist Church. He was dedicated to his family, enjoyed his work, and was passionate about landscaping and gardening.
Mr. Barham departed this life on November 21, 2015 in Adamsville at the age of 87 Years, 3 Months, 19 Days.
He is survived by his wife of over 63 years, Doris Barham of Adamsville; two sons, Barry Barham and wife Juanita of Lexington, TN, Harold Barham and wife Kay of Adamsville; three grandchildren, Justin, Jenny, and Craig; five great-grandchildren; two step-grandsons and a host of extended family and friends.
