James Richard Winchester, 82, died Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay. The service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Red Bay City Cemetery. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
