Mr. James Richard Williams died on November 24, 2020, with his family at his side. He was Assistant Manager at Walmart in Anniston, Alabama, and was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church in Jacksonville, Alabama, where he served as an active member. He was retired from the U.S. Army.
