James Ray Lemley, age 68 of Empire, passed away October 13, 2021. Funeral services will be held at New Horizon Memorial Funeral Home on Monday, October 18, 2021. Visitation from 1-2pm, funeral service beginning at 2pm with burial following in Little Vine Cemetery.
