James Ray Collins, age 74, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at Elk River Assisted Living in Ardmore. He was born on June 17, 1945 in Winchester. Ray served his country in the United States Army and was retired from Wilton in Winchester. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Ventress Yokley. Ray is survived by his sister, Kay Fulmer of Melbourne, Florida. No services are planned at this time.
