Mr. James R. Frysinger passed away Friday April 16, 2020 at Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville, from an extended illness. He was retired from the United States Navy, past Judicial Commissioner for Van Buren County and was a resident of Stoney Point Mountain in Van Buren County. Mr. Frysinger chose cremation for his final disposition and his ashes will be interred at sea. A full obituary will be posted later along with an announcement for a memorial service.
