James Orville Cain, 64, of Huntsville, passed away Friday. Mr. Cain graduated from Hueytown High School, and from the University of Montevallo with a degree in Education. He was employed by Belk’s for over 30 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Orville O. Cain.
James Orville is survived by his mother, Martha Cain; sister, Jane Wright (Jim); brother, Jon Vice (Teri) of Destin, FL; seven nieces and nephews, and ten great nieces and nephews.
Mr. Cain loved music, and played guitar and drums. He was a faithful member of Chase Park Church of Christ, and was very devoted to his family and customers.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Friday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rusty Hills officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 Friday in Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham.
