Mr. Jones passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at his home near Middleton.
A native of Ripley, TN, he was the son of the late Nobel and Virginia Sue Jones and lived a large portion of his life in Memphis before moving to Hardeman County. He worked as a painter.
Among his survivors, he leaves a sister, Charlotte Lopez and a brother, Roger Dale Jones, both of Illinois; and a sister-in-law, Carmen Jones of Middleton.
Memorial services will be held by the family at a future date.
