James Michael Rickman, 72, of Athens, passed away Sunday, December 22, 2019 at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mr. Rickman was born April 5, 1947 to Harry Joseph Rickman and Doris McCarley Rickman.
A Memorial Service for Mr. Rickman will be held at a later date.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Swanner Rickman; son, Michael Rickman and wife Kerrie; step-daughters, Angie Emerson and Christal Tribble and husband Mike; step-son, Brent Emerson; grandchildren, McCarley, Sam, Juleanna, Kristin, Heather, Logan, Hope, Skylar, Dakota, Kylie and Maya; great grandchildren, Westin, Jamison, Eli, Liam, Allie, Riley, Savannah and Kinsley; numerous other family and friends.
