James Lynn Oswalt, age 66 of Jasper, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2020 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 5, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday, March 6, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo at 1:15 p.m. J.D. Dickerson will officiate.
Mr. Oswalt was preceded in death by his Father-James Gilbert Oswalt; Mother-Willodean Hyche Oswalt; Sister-Janet Kay Moran.
He is survived by his Daughter-Brandi Michelle Oswalt of Jasper; Son-Allen Blake Oswalt (Kim) of Jasper; Grandchildren-Aaron Oswalt, Josie Oswalt, Leah Mobley and Julie Schultz; Great Grandchildren-Sophie Beasley and Holden Mobley.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Curry High School Fishing Team c/o Tracy Black.
