Rev. James Loyd Jolly, age 78, of Leoma, TN passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at his residence. He was a native of Limestone County, AL, and retired from Murray Ohio. Rev. Jolly served the Lord as a pastor for over fifty years, and was a member of First Baptist Church of St. Joseph after retiring from the ministry. He also retired from the Lawrence County School System as a bus driver, but above all his many accomplishments, he was first and foremost a man of God and a fantastic husband and father.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonis L. and Eunice Gertrude Rogers Jolly; his wife of 47 years, Betty Lois Hardiman Jolly; three brothers, Aubrey Jolly, Clendon Jolly, and Lee Jolly; and two sisters, Ruby Carson, Martha Lou Jolly Hargrave.

Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at First Baptist Church of St. Joseph at 3:00 PM Sunday, March 24, 2013, with Thomas Mattox and Jessie Littrell officiating. Rev. Jolly will lie in state at the church from 2:00 PM until time of service. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
