Funeral service for James Kevon Houser,Sr., 52, will be Monday, February 29, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jesse Reeder officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Burningtree Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday, February 28, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Houser died on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at his residence. He was born August 28, 1963, in Panama City Beach, Florida to Calvin Varnell Houser, Sr. and Hettie Faye Wilson Houser. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, a Mason, and a member of the Moulton’s Lion’s Club. He worked as a Security Officer for a time at TVA Brown’s Ferry. James enjoyed spending time with his family and was a part of the jail ministry and a Missionary at Moulton Baptist Church and currently attended Epic Church in Decatur, AL.
