James “Jim” Edward Lockhart, age 83 of Jasper, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at his residence.
Graveside services will be Saturday, August 1, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Friendship Estates. Dustin Murray will officiate.
Mr. Lockhart was preceded in death by his Parents-Elmer and Annie Laura Lockhart; Sisters-Charlotte Cadre and Judith Homer; Brother-Roger Lockhart.
He is survived by his Wife-Barbara J. Lockhart; Daughter-Rhonda Posey (Tom); Son-Mike “Lightweight” Lockhart (Marcia); Sisters-Shelby Hutton and Dorothy Marrera; Brothers-Glenn Lockhart, Elmer Lockhart, Richard Lockhart and Jerry Lockhart; 3 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude’s Hospital or The Alzheimer’s Association.
