James (Jim) David Hathaway, 61 years of age, passed away at his home on February 20, 2020.
He was a United States Army Veteran and served from 1985-1992, including deployment during the Gulf War. He is a member of the American Legion Post #146 and had previously served as an Honor Guard Member.
The family will have a memorial service in Muncie, Indiana at a later date.
He is survived by a daughter, Samantha Hathaway, Lawrenceburg, TN; stepson BJ (Jennifer) Keeton, Florence, Alabama; Brother, Greg Hathaway, Muncie, Indiana and sisters Terri (Terry) Schackow and Catherine (Joe) Martin, both of Fort Wayne, Indiana; granddaughter, Sylvia Rose, several nephews and one niece.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Robert & Carol Hathaway and wife Judy Keeton Hathaway.
