James Jeffrey “Jeff” Tolbert funeral will be Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Elliott Funeral Home with visitation from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm. with Scotty Letson officiating. Burial will be at Graham Cemetery.
Jeff died on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 in Huntsville.
He was born October 2, 1959 to Elmo and Louise Jones Tolbert in Lawrence County Alabama.
He is survived by his wife, Tammie Tidwell Tolbert, son Corey Tolbert, brother, Tommy Tolbert, sisters, Joyce Norton, Joan Appleton, jean Stewart, Janet Malloy, Julie Praitano. Grandchildren are Terra Jane Frost and Tylie Ray Romero.
