James Ira Carr

James Ira Carr, 75, of Decatur, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2020. A visitation for Mr. Carr will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2020, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 1:00 PM in the chapel of the funeral home. He will be laid to rest in Roselawn Cemetery.
