Funeral service for James Henry Richard, 75, of Trinity will be Thursday, February 27, 2014, at noon at Parkway Funeral Home with Reverend Dr. Todd Evans officiating. Burial will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mr. Richard, who died Sunday, February 23, 2014, at his residence, was born February 2, 1939, in Lawrence County to Elmer and Annie Richard. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Gilbert Richard, Stanley Richard and Danny Richard; and one sister, Ruby Crowder.
Survivors include his wife, Edna Ray Richard; three daughters, Lisa Powell, Rhonda Troullier and Nicole Dumas; three sisters, Leona Borden, Martha Gray and Flossie Richard; five grandchildren, Dexter Troullier, Ashley Troullier, Tyler Dumas, Kinsey Dumas and Hannah Hall; and one great-grandchild, Hunter Troullier.
Pallbearers will be Tim Troullier, Dexter Troullier, Tyler Dumas, Drew Cory, Jamie Grubaugh and Dennis Grubaugh.
Honorary pallbearer will be Hunter Troullier.
