James H. Franks, age 79, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, April 10, 2014 at his residence. He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, retired contractor from Shankle Construction, and a member of Busby Church of God.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Florence Belew Franks; his wife, Pamela Gann Franks; one brother, Clifford Franks; one sister, Joyce Franks Chandler; and one special aunt, Frances Belew.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Monday, April 14, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Monday, April 14, 2014. Interment will follow at Mimosa Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
