James Glenn Holland, age 84 of Hillsboro, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born July 11, 1941 to Burns and Velma Holland. James was a devoted family man and a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a skilled welder who took great pride in his work and found joy in the outdoors. James will be remembered for his selflessness, generosity, and the steady presence he brought to those who loved him. Visitation will be Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Moulton Heritage Funeral Home, where the service will be held Sunday, February 22, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Moulton Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Will Norman, Alex Tuder, Jamie Martin, Josh Cyr, Dakotah Garnett, and Kolby Cyr. Honorary pallbearers will be Hunter Garnett and Jensen Cyr. James is survived by his wife of 50 years, Shirley Faye Holland; daughters, Tana Holland Harden, Tammi Holland Martin, and Tina Holland Norman; grandchildren, Cassie Garnett, Jessica (Josh) Cyr, Alex Tuder, Jamie Martin, Will Norman, and Ashley (Jordan) Hannen; great grandchildren, Taylor Garnett, Kolby Cyr, Dakotah Garnett, Hunter Garnett, Aiden Tuder, Colten Tuder, and Jensen Cyr; brother, Fred (Sharlene) Holland; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Burns and Velma Holland; brother, Norman Holland; son in law, Gary Norman; and granddaughter, Cayla Tuder.
