James F. Faria, age 93, of Leoma, TN passed away Friday, June 06, 2014 at his residence. He was a native of Hudson, MA, retired from University of Miami, and a member of the Lawrence County Senior Citizens, VFW Post 1618, and Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Lawrenceburg. Mr. Faria served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Louisa Faria; and one brother, Peter Faria.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, June 07, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:30 PM Sunday, June 08, 2014 with Wayne Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
