James Elliott “Eddie” St. John Jr., age 57, entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 23, 2015, surrounded by his loving family after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease. Funeral service will be Friday, November 27, 2015 at 1:00pm at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Gary Linville officiating, with burial in Bishop Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12 till service time Friday, at the funeral home.
Eddie was born on May 2, 1958 in Morgan County to J.E. & Joyce St. John. He was a 1976 graduate of Brewer High School and was a life-long resident of Decatur. He was retired from 3M and played on numerous area A-Class softball teams. He was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his mother Joyce St. John,
brothers Tommy St. John and Greg St. John (Jenny).
One nephew Wesley St. John. Two nieces Abby St. John and Amanda St. John.
Pallbearers will be Tommy St. John, Greg St. John, Wesley St. John, Casey Lane, Eddie St. John.
